The Gov. Ramos Collection Center is the fourth payment center of ZCWD, the other three being the Main Office Collection Section along Pilar Street, the Putik Payment Center and the KCC Mall payment center at the 3rd floor of the mall. The new payment center will observe 8:00AM to 5:00PM office hours from Mondays to Fridays.

Other than the above mentioned payment centers, customers can also settle their water bills at the Philippine Amanah Bank and Development Bank of the Philippines and at the One Network Bank Branch in Sangali while the One Network Bank in Ayala receives payment for water bills only on every second week of the month.

Roberto Mendoza, Assistant General Manager for Finance, disclosed the opening of the new center will make it convenient for those paying their water bills to settle their accounts and avoid having to go to the downtown area where traffic has become heavy of late.

The welfare of our customers in settling their bills is our primordial concern, Mendoza added as the water firm continues to look at ways to serve the public better.
