ZCWD Reaffirms Commitment to Customer Convenience During Ease of Doing Business Month

The Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD) continues to actively observe Ease of Doing Business Month, with General Manager Reynaldo R. Cabilin emphasizing the importance of consistently providing convenience to customers—not only during this month, but throughout the year.
Together with the ZCWD Board of Directors, led by Chairperson Ernesto F. Ubando, Jr., and the entire ZCWD staff, GM Cabilin assures the public of the agency’s unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality service.

As part of its initiatives, ZCWD is offering a waived reconnection fee on May 19 (Monday), and a waived inspection fee for new water connection applications from May 12 to May 16. These measures aim to further ease the process for customers and encourage timely access to essential water services.
GM Cabilin also reminds customers that water service applications can now be processed online, streamlining access and reducing the need for in-person visits. In addition, ZCWD has partnered with various payment service providers to offer easier, more convenient, and hassle-free bill payment options.
