ZCWD Champions ARTA’s Drive for Faster, Fairer Public Service

In line with its unwavering commitment to providing efficient and responsive public service, the Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD) joins the nation in observing the Anti-Red Tape Authority’s (ARTA) Ease of Doing Business Month this May. As part of this observance, ZCWD is continuously implementing and improving systems and processes aimed at enhancing the delivery of key services such as bill payments, customer assistance, and other essential transactions.

These improvements are a reflection of ZCWD’s active support for the principles of transparency, accountability, and efficiency as championed by ARTA. By minimizing bureaucratic barriers and simplifying procedures, the Water District ensures that customers enjoy quicker, more convenient, and secure access to services — a vital step in combating red tape in public offices.

Beyond this month-long campaign, ZCWD Board of Directors headed by Chairperson Ernesto F. Ubando, Jr. and General Manager Reynaldo R.
