ZCWD Strengthens Customer Service in Line with Ease of Doing Business Month

The Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD) continues to enhance customer satisfaction by regularly reviewing the quality of its services. Recently, ZCWD welcomed Private Sector Representative, Pricewise Marketing Corporation/Budgetwise Supermarket CEO Edwin G. To, who conducted an inspection of the Commercial Services Department.

The visit aimed to further improve ZCWD’s services, emphasizing efficient and timely customer assistance. This initiative aligns with the ongoing celebration of Ease of Doing Business Month.

During the inspection, CEO Edwin G. To personally experienced the smooth and hassle-free service processes of ZCWD. He also interviewed several customers, who praised the efficient handling of transactions such as service reconnections, change of address, and application procedures, all of which were explained clearly.
Under the leadership of Board Chairperson Ernesto F. Ubando, Jr. and General Manager Reynaldo R. Cabilin, ZCWD remains committed to addressing customer concerns and continuously improving its services to achieve total customer satisfaction.
