ZCWD Honored with Prestigious Occupational Health and Safety Award

The Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD) was recently recognized with the “2nd Premio Excelso en el Trabajo” by the Philippine College of Occupational Medicine – Zamboanga Peninsula Chapter. This esteemed award highlights ZCWD’s outstanding commitment to upholding occupational health and safety, promoting employee well-being, and implementing exemplary workplace practices.

The award was formally presented during a ceremony held at Garden Orchid Hotel, where ZCWD General Manager Reynaldo R. Cabilin and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee Chairperson Engr. Rowvette James P. Ruiz proudly accepted the accolade on behalf of the organization.
The Premio Excelso en el Trabajo seeks to honor institutions that go above and beyond in fostering safe, healthy, and productive work environments. ZCWD was commended for its proactive initiatives and consistent efforts in ensuring the health and safety of its workforce, a reflection of its deeply-rooted organizational values.
