𝒁𝑪𝑾𝑫 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 4𝒕𝒉 𝑸𝒖𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝑵𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒊𝒎𝒖𝒍𝒕𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒐𝒖𝒔 𝑬𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒒𝒖𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝑫𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒍

The Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD) actively participated in the 4th Quarter National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) held at 9:00 AM across its major facilities, including the ZCWD Main Office, ZCWD Old Reservoir, Pasonanca Water Treatment Plant, and ZCWD Motorpool.

During the drill, ZCWD personnel followed the standard safety protocol of “Duck, Cover, and Hold” and executed evacuation procedures under the guidance of designated marshals. The activity was facilitated by the ZCWD Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee, headed by Chairperson Engr. Rowvette James T. Ruiz, in alignment with national directives on disaster preparedness and conducted in coordination with the Disaster Risk Reduction Management (DRRM) Committee, led by Acting General Manager Atty. Mark Allen M. Paredes.

Through the leadership of AcGM Atty. Paredes, ZCWD continues to uphold a strong culture of workplace safety, disaster preparedness, and organizational resilience, reaffirming its commitment to supporting national disaster response initiatives and ensuring the safety of its personnel and operations.
