Notice is hereby issued CANCELLING the above-mentioned Purchase Requisitions in view of the duly approved BAC Resolution No. 2026-020 pursuant to Sec. 35.6 of 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 9184 (Updated as of 15 April 2023) and GPPB Resolution No. 09-2020 dated May 7, 2020.
