Zamboanga City Water District is upgrading its process for generating GCash, Maya, and Billing Inquiry reference codes via Short Messaging System (SMS).
This upgrade will enable efficient handling of large volumes of customer requests, improve response time, and provide a more reliable messaging system.
All requests will still be received through a unified account, which will reply to customers under the sender name “ZCWD.”
