The Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD), as part of its regular operations under the meter rehabilitation program, relocated and rehabilitated the meter cluster located at Sto. Niño, Brgy. Putik.

This activity is aimed at repairing leaks in preparation for the 79% chance of El Niño emerging in the June-July-August (JJA) 2026 season and is likely to persist until early 2027, as per PAGASA advisory.

The activity was carried out by the Pipelines and Leakage Control Division (PLCD) of the Pipelines and Appurtenances Maintenance Department (PAMD), under Engr. Alex A. Acosta of the Operations Group.
