ZCWD, through the Zamboanga City Water District Employees’ Labor Union (ZCWDELU) under the leadership of its President, Mr. Geoffrey A. Apolinario, in coordination with the Billing Division of the Commercial Services Department, headed by Mr. Sofronio E. Santos and with Ms. Louie Veille V. Hamsirani, serving as Officer-in-Charge of the Billing Division, successfully conducted its PINTAKASE activity in support of ongoing efforts to address concerns related to Non-Revenue Water (NRW).

The activity focused on the repair of identified clustered meters, water meter improvements, and clearing operations within service areas. Operations were successfully carried out in the barangays of Talon-Talon, Tugbungan, and Tumaga Porcentro, through the cooperation and participation of the union members, ZCWD meter readers and concerned personnel.

ZCWD extends its appreciation to all personnel who supported the activity and helped ensure its successful implementation.
