On August 11, 2026, the Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD) held a Blessing and Ceremonial Program for the Sangali Sub-Office at Celia P. Manuel Street, Barangay Sangali, Zamboanga City. Rev. Fr. Rowin T. Lim led the event and officiated the blessing of the new office.
Atty. Mark Allen M. Paredes, speaking on behalf of ZCWD General Manager BGen. Antonio John B. Divinagracia, gave the Opening Remarks. He emphasized how the new facility will make water services more accessible and convenient for customers in Sangali and nearby barangays. The event also included a ribbon-cutting led by Atty. Paredes and Hon. Mukattil A. Adjail, officially opening the ZCWD Sangali Sub-Office.
The ZCWD Sangali Sub-Office will serve customers and applicants in the area, including those applying for new water connections. Designated ZCWD staff will be based here to help deliver frontline services.
The ceremony was attended by ZCWD Assistant General Managers Engr. Marli P. Acosta-De Fiesta and Louella A. Aguilera, OIC-Customer Services Department Engr. Roderick H. Conception, OIC-Accounting and Financial Management Department Sherwin Abriam, Division Manager of MISD Angelo Ruben C. Conti, Division Manager of CCD Jessica W. Reyes, OIC-Division Manager of CAD Earl James S. Kanindot, and Sangali Barangay Chairperson Hon. Mukattil A. Adjail.
The ZCWD Sangali Sub-Office is part of ZCWD’s ongoing effort to make its services more accessible to the community. ZCWD thanks Hon. Mukattil A. Adjail for providing the facility and supporting the opening of the new office. With this partnership, ZCWD can offer better and more accessible water services to residents of Sangali and nearby barangays.
