TEODORO C. ARANETA TRAINING CENTER (RTC)

The Regional Training Center was established in 1977 thru the assistance of the Local Water Utilities Administration. Most trainings programs and other capability building activities like seminars, including meetings were undertaken at the RTC. The amphitheatre-like training center can accommodate 30 participants. PRODUCTION WELLS

The ZCWD has 23 production wells(as of October 2015). These are located in the following strategic areas within the city: Baliwasan, Gov. Ramos, Putik, Guiwan, Gov. Camins, San Lorenzo Ruiz, Caputatan, Ayala 2, Tulungatung 1, Canelar Moret, Maci-ay, Brillantes, Trumata, Lupong, Pasobolong 1, Pasobolong 2, Divisoria, Lumiyap, Presa Mayor, Cabaluay. OLD RESERVOIR, PASONANCA

This asset of the ZCWD is also located at Pasonanca Park, just a few meters away from the treatment plants and beside the Pasonanca natural swimming pool. It has a total capacity of 10,000 cubic meters. Excess water from the diversion weir is conveyed to this facility thru the intake and a transmission line.

SAND AND GRIT REMOVAL BASIN (INTAKE)

This facility supplies water to the old reservoir. Excess water coming from the diversion weir is diverted through the intake. It also serves as removal basin for sand and grit before water is conveyed to the old reservoir via the transmission line.

DIVERSION WEIR

The diversion weir on the Tumaga River is about 4.1 kilometer upstream of the Water Treatment Plant. The dam is made of reinforced concrete construction.
