What are the requirements to apply for new water service connection?
If you are the Lot Owner

- Authorization/Certification from the UPA President

How much will I pay for my application?
- The Cost of Paid Application normally ranges from P4,000.00 to P 5,500.00. However, if there’s a need for the Demolition/Restoration of Concrete Pavement, additional fees to be charged from the applicant, to be determined after the inspection. You will also be required to deposit a Performance Bond with either the City Engineer’s Office/City Treasurer’s Office or the District Engineer’s Office (DPWH-Divisoria)

Does it include the water meter in the Total Payment?
- Yes, it is included. You will be paying the cost of materials to be used from the tapping point to the meter stand and other fees/charges that will incur in the installation of your water service connection.
- And be reminded that you will be the one to provide the materials after the meter to your residence/structure, including the installation.

Can I apply for Loan or Installment?
- YES. You may apply for a Loan Basis on the Cost of Materials only. The loanable amount is either P2,500.00 or P3,000.00)

How many days will it take for me to pay my application?
- Under NORMAL situation, you may pay your application 7 working days after the Inspection Date.

After payment, when are you going to install my water service connection?
- After payment, the Service Application Section will prepare the Job Order for Installation and forward it to the Water Service Connection Installation Section (WSCIS) who is responsible for the scheduling and tapping of your connection. You will be furnished with contact numbers should you want to do some follow-ups.

Can I move or relocate my water to a safer place when it becomes susceptible to damage caused by either a construction of perimeter fence/gate, bumped by vehicles or any improvement in the area?
- NO. You are not authorized to perform such. You have to request for the Relocation of your water meter at the Customer Care Division for Job Order Preparation.
