ZCWD customers who have entered into a payment agreement through PROMISSORY NOTE should always secure a payment permit/clearance first from the Customer Accounts Division at the ZCWD Main Office, Pilar St., Z.C. before paying at the Cashier so that the necessary EXTENSION of due dates can be made, to avoid unnecessary disconnection of water service connection.
