The waived reconnection fees of Php500.00 may be availed of by all registered ZCWD customers or their duly authorized representatives with disconnected accounts, who shall apply for reconnection from 01 to 30 April 2024 only; The waiving of reconnection fees shall be handled and processed by the proper Customer Service Officer under the Customer Accounts Division (CAD), duly noted by the OIC-CAD, and approved by the OIC-Commercial Services Department;

ZCWD customers shall be responsible for the payment of materials needed for the reconnection works, or the replacement of lost or missing materials on-site; All accounts with waived reconnection fees during the stated period shall be subject to usual monitoring and reporting by CAD;

Reconnection shall be subject to the full settlement, or payment arrangement of any unpaid bill(s) of the disconnected water service connection;
