โข Starting March 12, 2024, the ZCWD implemented water rationing schedule scheme 2 at the East Coast and some parts of Central areas (Pasonanca WTP-served areas). See schedule (WITH WATER). The schedule is subject to change depending on the availability of supply.
โข This in response to the low water level at the Pasonanca Water Treatment Plant due lack of rainfall in the area. ZCWD diversion weir water level is down to 74.00m as to the normal water level of 74.20m
โข ZCWD management appeals to customers in the affected areas to use water judiciously at this time and for patience and understanding as measures are put in place to address the water shortage.

โข Pasonanca (From Pasonanca Island to junction motorpool including Toribio Dr, Island Dr., Ilmo Dr.,Villa Rio, Rosa Village, Lacasteville) (From Ionton to Wye including Duramos Dr., Zamora, Toriven, & Summerhill)
1. Store water. Keep water stored in clean, covered containers.
2. When water service resumes, discoloration (โlubogโ) is expected. Let the water flow until it clears, only use the initial flow of water for non-drinking purposes, such as for flushing toilets.
3. Service areas not included in the water rationing schedule will have water to be served by Production Wells and Spring Sources.
4. In case of supply improves, ZCWD will release ahead and beyond the schedule.
