Zamboanga City Water District and Dapitan City Water District Unite for a Friendly Basketball Showdown.
In a wonderful display of camaraderie and sportsmanship, the basketball teams from Zamboanga City Water District and Dapitan City Water District led by General Manager Alemarlou Dagpin came together for an exciting friendship game on April 2, 2024, at the Southern City Colleges-East Campus Gymnasium, Divisoria, Zamboanga City.
For the players, this game was more than just an opportunity to showcase their basketball skills; it was a chance to forge bonds with their counterparts from another city. By coming together in the spirit of sportsmanship, Zamboanga City Water District and Dapitan City Water District exemplified how friendly competition can strengthen relationships and promote goodwill.
The final buzzer sounded, and Dapitan City Water District won the game with a score of 83-76.
Mr. Godofredo Icao was named the Most Valuable Player with a total of thirty-seven (37) points.
