RATIONING AT WEST COAST AND PARTS OF CENTRAL (PRIMEWATER-SERVED AREAS)

IMPLEMENTATION OF SCHEDULE NO. 3 VERSION 4 starting April 28, 2024

– Bulk Water Supply System (PWIC) supply continues to drop hourly due to the absence of significant rainfall at the source.

– Supply decreased by -55% from previous -58.76% (basis Schedule No. 1)

– Schedule No. 3 Version 4 WILL BE IMPLEMENTED Starting APRIL 28, 2024.

– Low pressure (especially at elevated areas) will be experienced at rationed areas.

– Rationed areas farther from Bulk Water Supply System (PWIC) will have water late.

– Continue to store water in clean and covered containers enough to last until the next scheduled “WITH WATER”.

– Illegal use of booster pumps deprive you of water during your schedule.

– Conserve water.

REMINDERS:

1. Store water. Keep water stored in clean, covered containers.

2. When water service resumes, discoloration (“lubog”) is expected. Let the water flow until it clears, only use the initial flow of water for non-drinking purposes, such as for flushing toilets.

3. Service areas not included in the water rationing schedule will have water to be served by Production Wells and Spring Sources.

4. In case of supply improves, ZCWD will release ahead and beyond the schedule.
