JULY 19, 2024 – Members of the Ateneo de Zamboanga University Senior High School’s Physical Sciences and Research and Immersion Faculty and Staff toured the ZCWD Water Treatment Plant to witness the various operations conducted when treating water. Assistant General Manager for Operations Group Michael Angelo M. Carbon welcomed the guests at the Regional Training Center alongside members of the Production Department who then provided a brief orientation on the process of water treatment before proceeding to the tour of the facilities inside the WTP.
The ZCWD is grateful in providing the educators of the AdZU SHS unit a deeper understanding of the processes in water treatment and its impact in providing water for the people of Zamboanga City.
