The Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD) proudly joins the ranks of the FOI Rising Star Awardees during the 2024 FOI Summit and Awards, held at the Hilton Manila on November 25, 2024.

This recognition celebrates our steadfast dedication to transparency, accessibility, and community empowerment through the ZCWD Freedom of Information (FOI) Program.

The award was received by General Manager Reynaldo R. Cabilin, together with FOI Receiving Officers Alessandra Mae S. Osorio and Genevieve Karen P. Genel.

Under this year’s theme, “Local Voices, National Impact: Bridging and Empowering Communities through FOI Localization,” the FOI Awards honors our significant strides in promoting open governance and responsive public service.
