ZCWD Introduces Automatic Queuing System Prototype for Enhanced Customer Service
The Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD) has taken a step toward modernizing its customer service operations with the implementation of an automated queuing system (prototype). Designed to streamline transactions, this system aims to improve efficiency and provide a more organized experience for customers.
This initiative was raised by the Customer Care Division led by Officer-in-Charge Jessica W. Reyes and developed by the Management Information and Services Division.
With further enhancement on the way under directives of the ZCWD Board of Directors headed by Chairperson Ernesto F. Ubando Jr., and General Manager Reynaldo R. Cabilin, ZCWD remains committed to improving service accessibility and convenience for its customers.
