ZCWD re-opens payment centers today, April 27

Zamboanga City Water District (ZCWD) payment centers opened its doors today, April 27th, in four locations in the city to resume collection of water bill payments from its customers.

The collection centers are the ZCWD Main Office collection center at Pilar Sreet, the ZCWD Collection centers at Putik, Gov. Ramos Avenue, and it’s Ayala Sub Office.

The re-opening followed a 40-day moratorium when the local water utility firm in close adherence to the city’s ECQ protocol decided to suspend the payment of water bills due.

The centers will be open to accepting payments Monday until Friday, from 9:00 am until 2:00 pm with the main office in Pilar street extending by an hour daily from 9:00 until 3:00 pm.

ZCWD officials assured all health and safety protocols will be strictly observed from requiring customers to wear face masks, the taking of temperatures upon entrance, disinfectant sprays will be enforced. (CREAS, ZCWD)
