LGU Php500 WATER SUBSIDY

• Bank clearing of the Php29.364M LGU water subsidy check is not yet complete.

• As such, ZCWD cannot yet implement the deduction in bill payments tomorrow, June 18.

• If the check is cleared on Friday, June 19, the ZCWD can implement the deductions on Monday, June 22, at the earliest.

• ZCWD will debit (deduct) the amount and reflect it in residential and semi-commercial bill payments. In case bill is less than Php500, the remaining amount will be deducted in succeeding bills until the Php500 subsidy is consumed.

• The deduction will be reflected in consumers’ water bills and official receipts issued.

• When paying, please wear mask at all times, observe social distancing, practical hygiene, and sanitation. Please follow instructions from ZCWD marshals at the payment centers.
