Notice is hereby issued CANCELLING the above-mentioned project in view of the duly approved BAC Resolution No. 2020-066 pursuant to Clause 9 of the Invitation to Bid of the Bidding Documents which provides that the Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to the contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. Bidders may request for refund of the payment for the purchase of bidding documents and the withdrawal of the bid security for the project.
